PRAYER & SPIRITUALITY PORTFOLIO
For Trinity Methodist Church to be a place where Christ followers are
engaged in a continuing process of spiritual formation;
finding healing and wholeness in Christ and being transformed into
(Gal. 4:19, Rom 8:29, 2 Cor 3:18).
This will be achieved through an intentional focus on prayer
and other spiritual disciplines such as solitude, contemplation,
simplicity, fasting and Bible reading.

Week of Guided Prayer
16th - 23rd March - Would you like to deepen your prayer life with God?
This is a way of being on Retreat without going away! You carry on living your life as normal, but set aside, each day of this working week, 30 mins for prayer and 30 mins to meet with your Prayer Guide.
Every 5th Sunday of month - In all Services there will be an emphasis on the theme and Ministry will be offered.
Rev Cecil Edwards + his wife, Sue, are trained to offer this ministry
We define Christian spiritual direction as help given by one Christian to another which enables that person to pay attention to God’s personal communication to him or her, to respond to this personally communicating God, to grow in intimacy with this God, and to live out the consequences of the relationship.
