How Can We Support You?
Our Vision for Care
At Trinity we seek to build a caring and healing community where members feel cared for and are encouraged to offer care to each other. One of our aims for 2018 is to have as many members as possible in small groups where they will receive spiritual nurture and care.
There are times when additional care is needed and we aim to be available to journey alongside our members through challenging circumstances they may be experiencing.
Confidential prayer is available after each Sunday service with trained prayer stewards.
The Link Prayer List is a weekly prayer leaflet highlighting prayer needs. Please collect one on a Sunday if you would like to pray. Please contact Angela or Melanie (details below) if you have a prayer request for the link. This can be done in a confidential manner if so desired.
Our prayer chain (notified via sms) is available to pray for urgent prayer needs. Contact Angela or Melanie (See Below).
The Well is an opportunity during the week to receive personal prayer for yourself or on behalf of someone else within a short dedicated time which focuses on healing. It is open to anyone and is held every Thursday from 17h45 until 18h30.
We are also able to pray for you in your home when illness prevents you from attending services.
Join a Support Group

Home and hospital visits
We have a Home and Hospital Visitation Team who are available to visit in times of illness or other need in order to provide support, care and prayer.
