Marriage, parenting and family:
Focus on the Family – A Christian based organisation offering valuable support and resources to married couples and parents – daily broadcasts; live ‘Let’s Talk’ Facebook chats; programmes for children and many other resources.
Anxiety and Depression:
SADAG (South African Depression and Anxiety support) – offering relevant and helpful support at this time – interesting articles; coping strategies; regular Facebook Live Chat with local mental health practitioners; online and telephonic counselling; referral to service providers; crisis helpline. They cater for all ages and have a helpful focus on adolescents and students.

We have pre-recorded classes (so you can participate at any time) as well as LIVE exercise classes EVERYDAY! Join the 100’s of older adults who have committed to exercising online.
Membership is R349 per month which runs monthly and allows you to attend as many classes as you would like.
