Community Support Resources

SADAG (South African Depression and Anxiety support) – offering relevant and helpful support at this time – interesting articles; coping strategies; regular Facebook Live Chat with local mental health practitioners; online and telephonic counselling; referral to service providers; crisis helpline. They cater for all ages and have a helpful focus on adolescents and students.
